We at 3D Game Market would like to thank everyone that attended the 26th annual Ed Tech Day at Ithaca College last Thursday the 24th of March 2016. This is our third year doing this show and it has earned a soft spot in our heart as this was the first show that we participated in. We got to make a lot of new friends and see some old ones that we have met the previous two years.
2016 started out for me with a big surprise. I found out at the last minute that I would be attending the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas. This is a very large show where they show off all the new Electronic gear and amazing new technologies. This show is closed to the public and I have wanted to attend it for a long time. Because it was a last minute decision we decided that it would be a lot more economical and safer for our equipment if I drove instead of flying. I left Monday afternoon on January the 4th from Upstate New York full of excitement.
I finally got around to playing Assassin’s Creed and I am very impressed with the first game that started off this great series. I had a few problems getting it to play in glasses free 3d, but once I did, wow. It was released for PC in 2008 but has really great graphics for the time. The game has a great story with really good game play. One of my favorite moves is taking a leap of faith after you find a viewpoint. Viewpoints are things like tall buildings, towers or structures that you have to climb to the top. Once there you sync your view which reveals items on your map.
